To use certain features, you must create an account using email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Credits & Payments

  • Free users receive 3 daily credits that reset every 24 hours.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through our secure Stripe payment system.
  • Purchased credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain credits or advantages
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on GuessTop10.com are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

GuessTop10.com uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate trivia questions and answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
